About Us

RESPOND-I-BILITY is a community outreach program that fosters cultural and social competencies designed to equip young minorities with skills needed to 'respond-responsibly' when engaged with law enforcement authorities and others in thier peer groups.  Since societal clashes between young citizens and law enforcement officers and the recent uptick in homicides all over the U.S., Aviate Through Knowledge Inc., a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt, a non-profit education entity in good standings, recognized a heighten need of awareness for 21st Century millennials and Generation Z youth groups of all colors, genders, ancestries and ethnicities.  ATK proposed these social and emotional skills as key components in community relations between young people, law enforcement and authority figures. This movement in our nation promotes community partnership that work cohesively to ensure public safety and community education.  #RESPONDIBILITY @Respondibility
